Do you tend to lean more toward believing in A or B?
OPTION A:
Abortion
Euthanasia
Atheism
Homosexual Marriage
Legalize Drugs
Large centralized government
Government is responsible for taking care of others
Redistribute of income, wealth and property
America is the root of evil in the world
Christmas and Christianity should be banned
OPTION B:
Belief in God
Homosexual Marriage is not the same as marriage between a man and woman
Individuals are responsible for taking care of others
Legalizing drugs would be harmful to society
A smaller, more decentralized government based on constitutional protections is better
Capitalism is not perfect but it creates wealth, jobs and individuals are entitled to what they earn.
America has flaws, but is still the best country
Christmas should remain a traditional holiday and Christianity has religious freedom like any other religion.
Abortion is really the killing of a child/fetus in the womb
Euthanasia is also killing with a fancy name

Those of you who mentioned bias, please re-read the options. Also, this is not conservative vs. liberal. Its secular vs. traditional.

Conservative and biased much?
Just from the way you listed those and your wording, I'm assuming you lean toward the B side. But just because you believe in some, doesn't mean you believe in others.
Me from option A:
abortion- i would never have one, but that doesn't mean i am selfish enough to deny the option to everyone else.
Atheism- i firmly believe in the first amendment- maybe it's because i am Wicca- everyone should be able to believe what they want without fear of retaliation
Euthanasia- war is killing too- how many so called holy wars were bloodless? how many "witches" were guilty. Let each decide how he wants to die (I'd like to be burned at the stake- would you burn a witch?)
homosexual marriage- everyone has the right to be in a meaningful relationship regardless of sexual orientation. just because your religion thinks it's unacceptable doesn't mean they don't have a right to the same status as any heterosexual person.
I don't agree with any other statements on either list.
America is ONE of the best countries in the world- our supremest attitude is the root of many evils
If Christmas is a holiday, so should every other major religious holiday... Yule anyone???
legalizing drugs is too touchy to be debated- but treatment should be emphasized instead of incarceration.
how often do individuals take care of anyone other than those who directly impact them? Government can't take care of everyone, and individuals rarely do- so smaller organizations are the ones truly responsible for the well-being of others- cooperation from the govt and individuals is necessary though.
individuals are entitled to what they earn, but are also responsible for identifying and maintaining the public services run by the government.
a balance of central and local power should be preserved- i will agree that the national govt has too much power, but states need to ensure the principles laid down by the national level are preserved equally- look at what happened after reconstruction...
things in life are not black and white. They are obviously technicolor...

strongly B. But you did frame this is in a very biased way.
BTW, true capitalism is perfect. But when you practice it without ethics, which is very possible considering human nature, then it can be exploitative. Therefore, you need a bit of governmental regulation.
Marijuana should be legalized with strict laws.
Christianity has the same freedoms as all religions. I don't think atheists want to ban Christmas, just keep it out of government. Which is kind of naive. Whether they appreciate it or not, Christianity is the predominate religion and many of their social viewpoints are framed by Christianity.

I don't lean towards or believe either option, and neither describes any likely or real set of political options...
For instance - stating that America is the root of all evil in the world... America is certainly vilified by the majority of the world after six years of the Bush administration - but it doesn't change that America also provides a tremendous amount of support to the poor and hungry overseas...
Legalization of drugs fall under an adherence to capitalism... if we legalized drugs, taxed them, we eliminate or at least reduce crime, raise money, and free our police forces to deal with real violent crime issues.
Arbitrarily deciding that tobacco and alcohol are legal, and other drugs aren't or require a prescription, is directly contrary to true capitalism - which precludes endorsing a particular monopoly...
Just a couple of thoughts on the subject...

Option C
Homosexual marriage is not the same as marriage between a man and a woman, it is between a man and a man
capitalism is not perfect but it creates wealth, and individuals are entitled to what they earn
None of the other options really make sense.

Wow. What a "fair and balanced" depiction of both sides.
You must be some kinda GENIUS or somethin'.
Hint: as long as you think that liberals believe that Christmas and Christianity should be banned, you don't understand ANYTHING about what liberals believe. You have a cartoon understanding of the world.

lean to the B, slightly... but fall between the cracks on some issues
there are very few that really support banning christianity, euthansia and the idea that America is the root of all evil in the world...

Most definitely B, with the exception of Abortion, I feel that if a woman wants to have an abortion, she should have the right to have one. Good question!

Almost entirely A. Some of B. I'm guessing by the way you've set up this question that you're an entirely B, and that I'm going to hell.
