I use Beef Stew Meat and marinate it overnight in Terriaki Sauce.
You brown the meat with onions, then add 1 can of mushroom soup, 1 can of beef broth, and simmer until done, you may have to add some water, make sure it's hot water, you know how thick you want your gravy to be, add pepper you don't need to add salt, there is enough salt in the beef broth and the Teriaki Marinade. You may want to add some more spices to your taste, sometimes I put a little dash of curry in. After the meat is soft and everything is ok, remove the pan from the flame and add a small container of sour cream, make sure the gravy is not boiling, it will curl the sour cream. You can use steak meat for Beef Stroganoff too, or if you are on a budget you can even use Hamburger Meat. You serve it over Egg Noodles. Good Luck.

sear a pound of sirloin steak till just a little red inside still - medium rare. Take the meat out and slice it thin and return it to the pan. Then to the pan add a little beef broth (3/4 cup) and some sliced fresh mushrooms (8 oz). Stir till the mushrooms are cooked and the broth has reduced. Keep the heat low to avoid toughening the meat. Then add a little wine (1/2 cup). You can use either red or white. Red will give the sauce a pinkish tint to it. As the wine is mixing with the broth and the meat and mushrooms, add 1/2 can of Campbell's Cream Of Mushroom Soup and a cup of sour cream. Add a pinch of kosher salt, some freshly ground black pepper, some celery seed or celery salt (1/2 tsp) Mix well, simmer on low till heated through. Serve on top of cooked wide egg noodles. Serve with whatever wine you cooked with.

salt and pepper to taste

Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place the egg noodles in the pot, cook 6 to 8 minutes and drain.Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the turkey and onion in the skillet and cook until turkey is evenly brown and onion is tender. Mix in the bouillon. Stir the cream of mushroom soup and water into the skillet. Cook and stir until heated through. Stir in sour cream and mushrooms, season with salt. Serve over the cooked egg noodles.

You can of course, use ground beef in place of the ground turkey

Use the McCormick seasoning packet. They are usually in the soup, or spice section of the store.

Slice round steak up thin and sautee it with onions (I use garlic also). Add about a cup or two of sherry, or red wine and the seasoning packet. Simmer for 20 minutes or so (till good and tender), then add sour cream, as much or as little as you like.

Serve over egg noodles.

I just made myself hungry!!!!

I purchase the canned chunks of beef in gravy, heat it and add sour cream. Serve over egg noodles sprinkled with parsley for added flavor.
