In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.

The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.

Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.

Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.

Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

No. The reason why is because angels are not like us.

We humans can have things that cloud our judgment, so we can change our minds later because maybe we did not fully realize the choice that we initially made.

Angels, on the other hand, are pure spirit and have pure thought. There is nothing that clouds their understanding of the choices they make. Therefore, once an angel makes a decision, their will is so strong and they are so sure of that decision, that they will never change it.

That's why Satan and the other angels (demons) will never repent. To be forgiven, one has to be humble and repent. But Satan will never do this. Therefore, Satan will never be accepted back into Heaven, because he will always be the evil devil that he is.

In the same way, the good angels who decided to stay friends with God will never change that decision. They will always be faithful to God. That's why the good angels make such great and powerful intercessors when we ask them to pray for us.

The fact that angels intercede for us is Biblical and can be found in Revelation as well as when it talks about our personal guardian angels that.

"See that you despise not one of these little ones: for I say to you, that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father who is in heaven." (Matthew 18:10).

It cannot happen and here is why, God's Word is a record of past present and future and God is Alpha and Omega He knows the beginning and the end. In His word it is recorded that Satan will end up being cast into the Lake of Fire after the Great White Throne Judgement takes place. You see it can't possibly happen as God knowing the end,has recorded what will take place and Satan is toast. In His word we are told "the Word cannot be added to nor taken away from" what you see in there is truth. Hope this helps with your question

Satan is an eternal being, just like God. If Satan can seek forgiveness and redeem himself, then, there would be no more Satan. If there is no more Satan, Then, we don't need God.

So, we always need Satan to point our fingers, just as we need God.

Satan has nothing to worry about. He was given dominion over the Earth by God. Jesus was given dominion over Death by God, a position previously held by his sister, who didnt want anything to do with the Dead anymore. Shows you which one was more popular with God...

Most people also forget that Satan's name is Lucifer and Lucifer is the very first Angel ever created. That also says something too.

And finally, what is listed as the contention between Lucifer and God is that Lucifer believes in total Free Will, while God believes in the Surrender of Free Will to God. Lucifer's argument is that God's belief is a form of enslavement. God's argument is that, well, he is God and what he says goes.

But, God also agreed that Satan could do what he wanted on Earth, but not after Death. Jesus could do what he wanted after Death. So one controls life, the other the after life. Which one is more scary?

I believe he could be forgiven, but the Bible tells us his ultimate fate and that does not include him seeking forgiveness. Satan believes he is God and will never bow to another.

Unknown to all, we are already experiencing the e book of Revelation, especially financial disaster sixteen which talks approximately 7 plagues at the same time with organic mess ups. Christians think of that Revelation had long gone interior the previous in spite of the shown fact that it isn't, it quite is presently happening. The Catholic Church made a faux interpretation of the prophetic words of God such through fact the Books of Daniel, Genesis, St. Peter & Revelations besides as Isaiah & Ezekiel. those prophetic words must be discerned, decoded, interpreted & defined via God's servants who're chosen to fulfill their actual meaning. in spite of the shown fact that, there are a number of that believed the fake interpretations. in this vein, it would take good persuasion on your replier to cajole people yet ought to no longer through fact devil is prevailing mankind's souls. So God will wreck 50% of the international's inhabitants (consistent with interpretation of Matthew 24: forty-forty-one) on the advent of the Son of guy. The remnants will rebuild earth & renew people. because devil will nonetheless tempt & deceive those surviving people, God will reformatory him for 1000 years (see Revelation 20) to grant room for the reign of our Lord Jesus Christ in direction of peace.

the reason he can't be forgiven is because he won't say a simple sorry because he doesn't want to admit the obviuos god is and all ways will be better a than him and even if he where to say sorry it wouldn't matter because when Satan(Lucifer) was in heaven god told all of his angels what would happen if they rebeled and that there wouldn't be a second chance

Satan would first have to have a change of heart. He would have to repent. Yes I think God would forgive him if Satan really repented.

He does not have this option. Satan is not human, he is a fallen angel. Angels and humans are different. Only humans can be forgiven by Gods grace through Jesus. Angels basically choose to stay in God's presence or to betray him. Satan and his demon angels went against God and can not return.
