I want to edit the video length - whether that be removing video from the beginning, the end, the middle, etc. I want to crop it's length. What are some freeware programs out there. I'd preferably want one that runs fast, but anything that works would be appreciated.

Hey boo. It's not all about length, you have to be concerned about the girth too. Good luck with that, lemme knwo if you wanna edit sometime.

Virtual Dub is pretty niftly for video editing. The program is free, simple, and very fast.
