o i feel for you! i have them as well. the only thing that has helped me (i'm not a fan of medication) is i figured out what triggers them and remove myself from that situation. for instance, while i'm out at the bar and dancing or whatever, when it gets really crowded i just get of the dance floor and drink some water or have a beer whatever. once i've had a breather i'm pretty good the rest of the night. that is just one example but that is how i get around it....

Get some therapy and counseling. Try to avoid anti-depressants cause that will make things a lot worse. Also avoid those benzos like ativan and klonpin, if you think panic attacks are bad wait till you get hooked on those things its not worth it. I hope you feel better.
