Butuan City is located along the Northern coast of Mindanao Island, south of the Philippines. It is the provincial capital of Agusan del Norte.

There is not much to see or go around the city even though it is classified as a 1st class highly urbanized city. It is small and still developing. They do not have high rise buildings.
