Not going to happen. Your options are to starve yourself or...starve yourself. Even then you aren't going to lose 10 pounds in 5 days.

Instead of putting yourself to that standard, just work out. Don't be so consumed with one number that it takes over your life. Live a little. In the end 10 pounds isn't going to make you look any better. Why? Your body needs at LEAST 3 weeks to show any change.

Yes, you can. There is a recipe for something called "Dolly Parton Soup" that she's reputed to have used to lose weight quickly for special events. What it does is pull off all the extra water your body can spare. Do not use for more than 5 days.

Recipe:
6 large Onions
2 Green peppers
2 Whole tomatoes, peeled
1 large Cabbage
1 bundle Celery
Seasoning packet (any type dry soup you prefer--low salt or no salt works best)

Cut vegetables in medium pieces and boil, covered with water, for 10 minutes. Turn heat low and simmer until vegetables are soft. This soup can be eaten any time you feel hungry. Eat as much as you wish and as often as you like, any time of the day. For the most dramatic effect, do not eat anything else and eat lots of soup. If you are losing too fast (achey) eat a banana and drink a glass of skim milk.

yes ive done it in less. i wrestle so some times weight needs to be dropped fast. i have practice every day and if i work hard thats an easy 3 pounds off a day. but ur not gonna be doing that i dont thnk so u need to juts remeber u will loose weight if u eat lesss than wat u loose regualrly. u probely loose 2 ounds every night sleeping soo loose another 2 bye sweating and working out then u can eat 2 pounds of food and still loose 2 pounds every day. liquids weigh a whole lot so if ur looking to loose the 10 just for a number to make then their no good. but if its overall health liquids arent bad. also look up the three day diet 7 pounds loosed and not starving urself

I take it you want to look slimmer by Christmas, this is what to do,

don't eat junk food, drink more water, lunch or dinner have a bowl of soup or salad.or have both, ease off the salt, and
if not ten pounds in five days probably 5 at the most so , buy a griddle, it works it look like you had loss the other 5 pounds and has a slimming effect.

Theres this diet book and it like this diet that cooks spinage,low fat chickien, green beans, and some other leafy veggi. Its so great it pnly gives the bodie what it needs and yes you can lise up to 10 punds a day. Oh and theres this other thing called a minneral rap and it takes all the water wieght of you.

For some it is possible, but i dont recommend it because it is bad on your metabolism. If you lose weight slowly its better on your body, your not starving yourself to death, and it helps keep the weight off.

yes you can but I'm not sure you'll loose 10pounds, but you caround it...
the way is...............
morning wake and smoke, than use just tea or a strong coffe with Milk, and one cigerate(smoke again), no lunch just take some snacks and coffee or tea and smoke

mean on 24 hours u hv to smoke just 20 to 30 cig...just try it and u'll

it's my own exp....even I'm not smoker
