No, you're just growing up as fast, but being only that size at this age you should get a huge growth spurt later on and be taller than many girls. Just don't worry about it

We're all different. so there is no such thing as a "normal" age of menarche (first period) or a normal age to grow taller, etc.
If you haven't had your first period by the age of 16, see a doctor. If you are so concerned about this that you are preoccupied with it, having trouble doing other things because of your concerns, see a doctor. In fact, it might do you good to see a doctor in the not-too-distant future, if for no other reason than to be reassured by that doctor that there is nothing wrong with you.
As for your fear that guys will never like you because of your size, well, there are a few things that I could say. One is that if anyone is attracted to you or not attracted to you simply because of how you look, that person is shallow indeed, and not worth knowing. But more specifically, and something that will help you a bit more is this. I want you to think about all of those tall professional athletes whose girlfriends or wives are short in stature.
It's not about the size of your body, but the size of your heart.

You are completely normal. I've known classmates that have come back after summer vacation and have grown 8-9 inches and looked completely different. When it happens, it may happen in a hurry. Rely on your family for love and support and do not be embarassed to ask questions.

Its normal that you start puberty late or early as long your period starts late if it started early gosh ... pads after pads and spots goodness. I know this one girl... she haven't gone to puberty but she is enjoying life and she's 16..... she's barely developing breasts right now, and she haven't gone to her period. I see guys liking her because she's so fun to hang around with and ask her questions. Its like living in an elementary school but the mature version.

Everybody's different. It can take a bit longer for some folks.
Nothing to worry about. The next year should show remarkable improvement!

I grew about 6 inches taller one summer so don't worry you still have time to grow. If you don't get real tall -guys come in all heights.
