Here are the Pennsylvania Marriage Requirements


Age - 18
Cost of Marriage Certificate - $50.00
Waiting Period - 3 Days
Valid For - 60 Days
Identification Required - Yes
Blood Test Required - No
Residency Required - No


Additional rules & requirements: Minors, Divorcees and Widows. If you are under 18, you may need some kind of parental permission. (Sixteen or younger? You’ll probably need a judge’s consent). If you are divorced, chances are you need to bring your divorce decree. If your previous spouse has passed away, a copy of the death certificate may be required.
