While the military "quagmire" in Iraq was said to tip the scales of power in the U.S. midterm elections, most Americans have no idea more of their fellow citizens - men, women and children - were murdered this year by illegal aliens than the combined death toll of U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan since those military campaigns began.

Though no federal statistics are kept on murders or any other crimes committed by illegal aliens, a number of groups have produced estimates based on data collected from prisons, news reports and independent research.

Twelve Americans are murdered every day by illegal aliens, according to statistics released by Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa. If those numbers are correct, it translates to 4,380 Americans murdered annually by illegal aliens. That's 21,900 since Sept. 11, 2001.

I didn't realize how little people posting on this forum actually understand about this issue. Many can't even recognize a question when they see let alone answer it.

There is more an it is much worse.

While King reports 12 Americans are murdered daily by illegal aliens, he says 13 are killed by drunk illegal alien drivers - for another annual death toll of 4,745. That's 23,725 since Sept. 11, 2001.

While no one - in or out of government - tracks traffic all U.S.accidents caused by illegal aliens, the statistical and anecdotal
evidence suggests many of last year's 42,636 road deaths involved illegal aliens.

I don't see a question to answer really. You have made a point. War deaths are more spectacular and on the news. I have never seen any piece of news that an illegal alien killed someone.
Also the immigration dept of this country is very screwed up, and resident aliens can't even contact an immigration office with questions. The illegals get more attention than those of us legally struggling.

The number is probably bigger than that.

It is happening because our goverrnment doesn't actually want to correct the situation.


Also, they have been and will continue to push laws etc. which rob American citizens of their freedoms, but do next to nothing to address the problem of illegal immigration. There are ways to deal EFFECTIVELY with illegal immigration which do not involve violating CITIZEN'S rights, but government wants to become larger, and more CONTROLLING.

This is happening with the focus on the middle east, because of the (UN) United nations, and the United nations is composed mainly of nations with dictators, and they hate us the Americans.

I bet Mexico is in good standings with the (UN). America is not in good standings because we refuse to give up our inalienable rights, as recognized and recorded in our constitution.

Everything we do is scrutinized, and anything other than big buildings falling down is not news worthy to the liberal media of our world.
So stick up for yourself, learn to protect your self, and exercise your rights.

Oh yeah, if ever the chance arises, kick the (UN) out of the United States of America. Because we are slowly losing our power and clout, it is the death of a thousand cuts.

I'm a freedom lover, and I bet you have no single right to complain/whine/grumble about illegal immigrants. They all want better lives, and they deserve to go find it, no matter what. That's the essence of humanity, which you may not understand. Once more, countries with the borders/bounds are made/erected by humans, the world generally has no border, we are humans, all of us, no exception at all.
God created us differently so we could mingle with one another, cope with other people, regardless to what their skin colour, face, eyes, or any other physical appearance. There's no nation, no secular pride, no exclusive group or whatever that would make me, a Chinese, or you, probably a white-skinned, or an Indian, a Korean, an Iraqi, etc. We made it because we tried to be exclusive & secular. Please do remember that we are all flesh & blood. If we're meant to eliminate one another, so why do we share the same planet, air, water, sunlight, flora & fauna ??

Those are ridiculous numbers, the percentage of driving deaths would be proportionate to the number of illegals in the total population or LESS since many of them do not have cars and are cautious about breaking the law.

I don't believe your statistics, but you don't have to convince me, build a fence, end the guest worker program, enforce immigration laws, let those guys in texas, nm, nevada guard their ranches if they want (within reason)

I can believe that. Where I live there have been some very high profile cases from illegals with drinking and driving arrest records that are beyond belief.

That stuff by Steve King has been posted here over and over, show me the documentation to back it up and then I may take it seriously. Until then it is someones opinion and you know what they say about opinions.
