yes it does. I lost a lot of weight by running everyday on the treadmill.

You need to burn more calories than you eat. That is the key. If you can get to an indoor pool and go leisure swimming, you will burn lots of calories. A treadmill will help and it will also help flatten your tummy.

Also remember, don't do this everyday, because you will become bored of it. You need to keep your workout routine fun, otherwise you may not wsnt to keep doing it.

I have dropped close to 30 lbs. in about 7 months and this takes time no matter what. If you intend to lose weight overnight, you are not going to be happy when it all comes back and maybe some extra. It didn't take a week to gain the extra weight, so it will take just as long to lose it. Good luck to you!

Yes, it can, but you want to walk at a speed of at least 3.0 mph and for at least 30 to 60 minutes. If you aren't at this level start out slowly. When I first started using the treadmill I walked at about 2.5 mph. I can now do 4 mph for about an hour. I have lost 30 pounds from walking.....some on the treadmill and some walking outside. I try to walk at least 10-15 miles a week. Weight loss usually happens for me if I do 15 or more miles a week.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

yes. but wouldnt you rather go outside and enjoy nature while your walking or is your city to polluted so it might do more hard than good by jogging outside. id say ride a bicycle down a mountain and walk up, its way more fun. bring a camera take some pictures, i wish i had a camrea the time i seen a bear, he looked at us for a few seconds and ran away like a scared kid.. and he was huge.

You have to use it everyday on a consistent basis. Then when you feel comfortable raise the speed a little more. By raising the speed you will burn more calories. Running/Walking is one of the best ways of losing weight.

Yep, 30 min. in the a.m. and 30 min. in the pm will do wonders.
Otherwise, just go to the gym and spend 60 min. on it per day.
