Find out the cheapest place where one or both of you can fly. I suspect Singapore is lots cheaper, based on my experience dealing my daughter who works in Taiwan. I think Japan is the most expensive.

When he comes to Japan, visit him often. When you come to S'pore, visit him often too. Minggle with him and his family members alot. Find out more about him and the things he like.Then do them for him or give them to him. Good Luck!

To attract the boy, you need to go to Singapore. Then you should go to a date with him at the Sentosa Island. You people get to know each other more at Sentosa Island, coz its a theme park.
The other option would be, just tell him that you like him. As simple as that, say it confidently.

it is not clear whether you want to
1.attract him or
2.attack him.
in either case you only need a curved gadget - particularly semicircular one.
in case #1, it is economical and quick send him a smile (your photo will do fine).
in case #2,it is difficult and requires physical action. it will be expensive and also illegal. go after him with a sickle.
