My problem si that I have a car 2005 I'm behind on my payments, on the 27 will be my 3rd missed payment. I called the finance company and they told me I have to pay $732.00 to get my payments defered. I said yes, but my husband said he doesn't want to pay b/c he does't want to spend Xmas without any money. I am getting very stressed out please help.

Sounds like Santa is going to be delivering a tow truck to your house if your husband gets his way. I'm not saying Christmas might not be important, but sometimes, one has to get their priorities straight. My advice: make the payment on the car if you can afford to do so, and if not, try and work something out with the finance company. Such company's really aren't all that interested in you defaulting on a loan because then they are out their money too, so many are willing to work with you to please their own investors and interests.

You should have control over finaces too!!!
if you participate in some of the income in your home then he needs to understand priorities.
He needs to fins out what is more important. and so do you.
yes, your husband might think gifts should be number onw but thats not true. my mom always pays the bills before giving us presents and im so gratful!!! he should be to. tell him to live with it. gifts arent impoartant your blessed with enough of them in your life. thats how it goes. get your PRIORITIES straight!!!
