Exercise, drinking lots of water and trying to eat whole foods that are not processed. Incresing fiber can often help with weight loss. I started taking raw organic apple cider before meals and taking digestive enzymes before meals and it has helped. The proble today is so much of our foods are lacking enzymes that help to break down the foods.
