Have you been feeling kind of down? We all do from time to time, but I've got good news. Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perfom it until the day of Jesus Christ:

So how is it going for you?

If you have fallen, get back up, 1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

I can take the bashings, it's like water on a ducks back, just runs off. Like they say, If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen.

Thanks for the kind words, but no, I'm really not having a problem with my faith. The more darkness I see, the more my faith in the light grows. The contrast is getting greater and greater.

It is always good to have a word of encouragement, especially in yahoo!answers!

It is going fine, as long as I keep my eyes on Jesus
I like Hebrews 11 and 12
Hebrews 12:1-2 "Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,
fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

No I am not having problems with my faith. I am strengthened in my belief when I see the hate, anger and vileness that is coming from the atheists and other non-Christians. I am concerned about other brothers and sisters who are not mature in the Word, but I have faith in the Lord. God Bless!

One of the things that attracted me to the Christian faith in the first place is its problematic nature. It's a faith that provokes questions, struggles with doubts. As one of the giants of the Christian faith, Spanish Catholic author Miguel de Unamuno, wrote at the beginning of the 20th century: "May God refrain from granting you peace, but may he lavish glory on you." By this he meant: may you live in a constant struggle living by faith.

How can any Christian be down at Christmas? It's a time to show your love for each other and celebrate the birth of the Messiah!

Great but in the cult of Christianity several books are omitted because of the secular guidelines by the founding authors of the book which was picked through ( meaning what was allowed to be in it) might want to check out some of the agnostic writings to help you learn aw some reading though

Yes, I see it's time for this guy to try to prove something by quoting the bible. I can quote the bible too and the bible is f*cking insane and absurd work of fiction.

2 Kings 2:23-24. "23. And he went up from thence unto Bethel: and as he was going up by the way, there came forth little children out of the city, and mocked him, and said unto him, Go up, thou bald head; go up, thou bald head. 24. And he turned back, and looked on them, and cursed them in the name of the Lord. And there came forth two she bears out of the wood, and tare forty and two children of them."

God's ego was so bruised that he decided to kill children who naturally mock and play! What a sick thing to teach in the bible

Thank you Terminator for this reminder. I appreciate your thoughtfulness.

God is good. So glad He doesn't leave us the same but changes us and molds us into the image of Christ.

God Bless you...

Hey, thanks for asking. Christians know we need to hold one another accountable. My faith is fine, my relationship hasn't been great. I know...my fault.

Have a blessed Christmas!

Yeah, I'm kind of stuck-in-a-rut! That verse is nice, but it didn't help me much!

Thanks for your help anyways! Take care
