I have big belly I want to reduce my belly. Please help me..

proper diet and exercise is always the best way to go.
i hear the all protien no carbs diet takes a lot away from the belly area...

No real magic formula here. Just perseverance and guts (no pun intended) to achieve your goal. I personally use a mirror as a guage - if it goes down and it will over time - say two - three months - it works!

This is how I did it..

- eat less than you actually use in terms of calories

- look at your diet and see what you see as unhealthy - can be switched or reduced. I am saying you don't have to cut everything out - just moderate your intake - including beer.

- definitely some exercise - two or three light runs a week will help you reduce your belly. Cardio work is good for burning fat.

If you want something more heavyweight - go to the gym or take up a sport you like.

The best thing to do is eat a little less and exercise. Walking is a great exercise. I've lost 30 pounds from walking with no change in diet.

As far as diet, if you do want to lose even more try reducing carbs like breads, donuts, chips, pretzels. When you do eat bread, try whole grain or oatmeal bread. I've found digestive enzymes and raw organic apple cider vinegar has helped along with the walking.

put yourself on a strict diet. i did and it works! buy only foods that are healthy and high in protien. chicken breasts, fish, turkey breast, veggies, fruit and LOTS of water! cut out sugars and sodas except diet, and have lots of fiber too. if you dont buy the bad foods then they wont be there to temp you! also do alot of walking even if just in a park or your neighborhood!! GOOD LUCK!!

cut out fast foods and work out walking with your belly sucked in really works 2 most of all cut out fatty foods

walk walk walk and walk some more - eat no fat and try to make 10000 steps each day . drink plenty of water - it works - Merry Christmas

all i can say is diet, exercise, and for a little extra help use all natural diet supliments.. there are just too many crap ingredients in those others that can make you feel funny
