ur afraid of what ur gonna see. Perhaps pictures of her, or worse yet, pictures of her with a new guy? Why torture yourself? Look at it, and mourn(or not), or don't look at it and keep wondering...... Either way you will have to face it mentally. Want me to look for u?

Well, if it's set on private and you're not her friend then it's because she doesn't want non friends to see it. I'm guessing that you're just meaning that you can't get yourself to actually click on her profile. You might still have hidden feelings about her, either way you're just straight scared to look at her profile because she found somebody new. I say move on just forget about her all together, because she probably doesn't look at yours and if you don't care about her anymore maybe you shouldn't look at hers. It's a touchy subject but I know that I wouldn't want my ex spying on me. Best thing to do is try to be friends with her, that way you don't feel so bad just going to one of your friends pages and not your ex's page. Hope I didn't go off subject and blab too much.

maybe your terrified because she might of put something stupidly bad on there but i think you should just check you really shouldnt be terrified unless she says never ever talk to me or do anything that involves pics of me or me

If I had to guess its because you are afraid to see what shes up to lately primarily if she is dating someone new or not and if so who, it probably brings up allot of questions in your head like does she like him better than me, is she more attracted to him than me... etc... theres nothing you can really do to fix this other than move on, don't look at her page, and find someone new....

she probably has it set to private meaning you need to be a friend on her myspace or else you cannot view it.

You probably haven't gotten over her yet and you don't want to see how she has gotten on with her life without you. In time, maybe you will be able to.

maybe you're not over her. give it some time maybe in the long run you'll finally be able to look at it once more.
