If its something like advil,alieve or ibuprofen then it won't kill you or anything but its still a good idea to take the whole bottle. It will severly damage the liver.
If its a prescribed pain killer then it will be only minutes before the drug will take effect then you WILL OD. Emergency aid will have to administered quickly before death.

Um they could overdose lol. Depends on how big they are too beause their tissues could absorb more medication before a lethal dose. I don't reccomend it I worked in an ER and had to watch OD people come in and get their stomachs pumped. lol And that certainly didnt like it was any fun. lol
