If you have an 8x8xwhatever number of inches size baking pan, use it. If not, it's acceptable to use two 4x4 size or a 9 inch. The only time you might have to change the baking time is if you use, a bigger pan. But how much more time, depends on how much bigger the pan is. For a 9 inch, I'd say maybe 12 minutes extra.

Actually it depends on what your baking. Sometime you can use any size pan as long as it is the right depth for what you are making. If your baking a cake, using a bigger pan will cut down the baking time because it will be thinner.

if you have to bread pans use those= and cook them about 5 minutes less= if it is for a cake or brownies it woold be needed to cook longer= and the tooth pick test works well for checking for doneness= I wish I knew what you were cooking=D
