well being 14 you def need a full 7-8 hours of sleep. Technically you should be getting on the higher of 8 into 9. So depending on what time your school starts and how long you take getting ready, that will determine what time you go to bed. Sleep is a neccessary aide for brain functioning!

well it depends on what time you want to wake up, if you wake up at 6 it would be best to go to bed around 9, and if you get up at 7 you should go to bed around 10. each of these gives you about an hour to fall asleep (I personally don't fall asleep until about a half an hour after I get into bed) and each has the recommended amount of sleep needed for maximum energy in the morning (about 8 hours)

This is more a diet/fitness question than Singles Dating (you're a bit young to date).
However, allow yourself 8 hrs to sleep. You didn't say what time you need to wake up for school, so I don't know what time you should be in bed to get a good amount of rest.

Ummm, ure old enough. U dunt need a bedtime, sleep when u feel that u need sleep. I sleep earlier when I hev skool things early in the morning, and I sleep later when I hev lots of homework and tests to study for. Just decide on ure own, i mean, u shuld u able to figure out the time ure body needs to have sleep, because every body needs different hours of sleep. My friend can go through a day only with 8 hours of sleep, but I can go through a day with 4 hours.

Between 9 - 10pm. When exercising, you must relax your muscles so they can absorb what they've just been through. You also need to relax your mind and get a full nights sleep in order to function properly in school.
