i have long thin hands that are cold no matter what. if i put gloves on they will end up being cold within the hour. what can i do to keep them warm? are there exorcises i can to to build muscule on them? any ideas? its 70 degrees in the house and they are still cold.

try a warming lotion, wash them in warm water often and make sure the circulation in your hands is normal.

Cold Hands, Warm Heart or so the saying goes. I've never heard of any exercises except maybe getting a stress ball to squeeze which would promote circulation.

You got the same problem as me even in summer and it's 40 degrees outside and my hands are still cold if I'm sitting down I normally put them between my thighs or I run warm water and put my hands under.Try rub baby's oil on them.

Just bend a flex them. Drink hot tea, or just hold the cup. They also make hand wamrers to keep in pockets.
