“It is impossible to fall out of love. Love is such a powerful emotion, that once it envelops you it does not depart. True love is eternal. If you think that you were once in love, but fell out of it, then it wasn't love you were in. There are no 'exit' signs in love, there is only an 'on' ramp.”

Love doesn't hide; it stays and fights. It goes the distance. That's why love is so strong: so it can carry you all the way home.

Also, Shakespeare is always a good place to look: Love's Labours Lost, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Twelfth Night, As You Like It; they're all good examples of love stories that end happily.

Act 4, Scene 3 of LLL is a particular favorite of mine: 4 men all bemoaning the fact that they're in love but can't let it show because they've sworn off women for 3 years and they're only a few days into that vow.

If you watch Kenneth Branagh's musical adaptation of the play it's remarkably true to the source but with a great deal of Branagh's trademark flair and panache. He paraphrases at the end of the movie, but it goes something like this:

"And when love speaks, the voice of all the gods grow drowsy at the harmony... From women's eyes this doctrine I derive; they are the grounds, the books, the academes that show, contain, and nourish all the world."

Good luck.

Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself. It does not behave rudely. Is not provoked, thinks no evil. It does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things hopes all things and endures all things

Look in The Song of Solomon in the bible.

Or look for the letters written between Heloise and Abelard.

The world moves for love. It kneels before it in awe.

Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same.
-Emily Brontë, Wuthering Heights-

Nothing is more practical than…falling in love in an quite absolute, final way. What you are in love with, what seizes your imagination, will affect everything. It will decide what you will do with your evenings, how you spend your weekends, what you read, who you know, what breaks your heart, and what amazes you with joy and gratitude. Fall in love, stay in love, and it will decide everything.
–Pedro Arrupe-

A meeting between two people who complete each other, who are made for each other, borders already, in my opinion, on a miracle.
-(?)-

From every human being there rises a light that reaches straight to heaven. And when two souls that are destined to be together find each other, their streams of light flow together and a single brighter light goes forth from their united being.
-Baal Shem Tov-

Your love is comfort in sadness, quietness in tumult, rest in weariness, hope in despair.
