The anti-oxidents (green tea has the most) help the body get rid of free radicals. These have been associated with cellular aging. Heavy exercise creates more free radicals, so people who work out should drink green tea.

Yes all teas are really healthy for us. My dad drinks like 20 cups of tea a day.. im not saying thats healthy but yea... He likes it. Also put lemon and sugar in it to make it yummier.

Green tea is good for you, except for pregnant women. Its been associated with spina bifida in fetuses.
