Her galns are full of fluid, and it is releasing a terrible odour all you have to do is take her to the vet and they can simply squeeze the fluid out.

anal glands account for the majority of smelly odors. If you place your thumb and index finger on each side of the anus and GENTLY squeeze the anal glands will release a liquid. This should eliminate the foul odor. If the rancid smell emanates from the ear area you may have mites.. There is a sure sign to diagnose this(brown or blackish wax looking buildup in the ear) scratching the ears often. Get to your local pet supply and pick up meds for ear mites, follow directions on label and you should get control. Never use water in a dogs ear. wipe with a dry cloth use q-tips to irrigate the outer portion (just Like a human) water may cause an infection.

Have you had her checked by your vet? If I recall correctly, excessive stinkiness can be a sign of some medical problems, so it would be good to rule that out.
If she's healthy, and still stinky, the best I can recommend is to wash her in dish soap. Preferably one with a nice citrus scent to cover up the dogginess. You can also get very nice grooming sprays and even dog cologne that help them smell nice.
But overall, remember, most dogs don't smell so great, so at least you're not the only one... :)

You should only bath your pet once every 6 TO 8 WEEKS. Thats the suggestion. If the dog stinks in between bathing, get some dog wipes, leave in conditioner spray or cologne spray but don't give your dog skin problems because you think he smells gross. Its a dog, they stink sometimes. My dog had a bath & a grooming about 3 weeks ago and she is HUMMING. I have cologne that helps if she starts to stink. She is just a dog though, she's meant to be stinky sometimes.

I would check to make sure the smell isn't actually coming from the ears. The dog could have ear mites or an ear infection and this could put off a strong horrible odor.

This maybe TMI but in smaller dogs they have a problem with their Anal Glands. What happens is the gland fills up with liquid from the intestines and causes an odor. Take your dog to the Vet and they will do this for you. It just needs to be released.

If the dog is flakey and smells more rancid then anything it is a skin staph infection. Vets pills will cure it very quick. Until then Selsen Blue will do a temp job.

There are many things that could cause this. She could have an ear infection, dental problems, and anal gland problems among other things. Also, some breeds tend to be gassy and foods high in corn can cause excess gas. I would probably take her to the vet just to be one the safe side.

overcleaning your dog can cause skin breakdown, and make them smell FOUL. Leave her alone for a bit, feed her some omega fat rich foods (like ground flax of salmon, you can also buy foods with extra omega). pet her lots, and spot wash with a damp cloth any dirt that gets on her coat, but leave her skin be for a bit.
Best of luck!
