Most likely it is UTI - urinary tract infection. You should go to the doctor ASAP because it may affect your kidneys and cause permanent damage. It is easily curable with right antibiotics. In the mean time, drink plenty of water - your urine now contains a lot of bad stuff that will irritate the bladder. More you dilute it the better.
It might be something else, too, like an STD, but UTI is a lot more common.

Sounds like a urinary tract infection. Ouch! You must be feeling pretty miserable right now.
Here's what to do:
1. Make an appointment to see your doctor.
2. Drink plenty, and I mean PLENTY of water.
3. Cranberry juice might help.
4. Don't wear tight pants.
5. Cotton underwear.
6. Tylenol (stay off motrin in case you have any bleeding).
7. There is an over the counter medication called Pyrridium that will help with the pain. It will not cure the infection, but will make you more comfortable. Beware - it turns your urine bright orange, and will stain underwear.

You should see a doctor EVEN if you are not sexually active. You more than likely have some kind of infection. When these things are not treated they only get worse and cause more complicated problem. For temporary relief you get some Uristat or Azzos. I get bladder infections ALOT and that always help. Oh yeah and lay off the sodas.....water only!!!!!

well you know what everyone that says STD had in the past and thinks about on spare time, but i guess it is a chance.
Myself though i had that burning feeling it was a bladder infection before i even had sex and it went away in a few weeks on its own. now that i think about it, it was mid summer i was drinking lots of pop/soda and eating junk food, and i mountain bike so it was probably just because i was dehyrdated and a very acidic body level.
By the way all pop/soda is acidic so dont brush your teeth right after drinking a can, or anything acidic for that mater, its very bad for the teeth.

might be a common yeast infection, but if sexually active, could very well be a std (sexually transmitted disease). either way, should go to a clinic and have things checked out. If it is something simple, you will get it knocked out and back to normal, however, some things can lead to more complications if not taken care of immediately.

Best to have a urine for culture and sensitivity...may be as simple as a urinary infection....in the meantime....drink tons of cranberry juice[not cranberry drink]. It helps alter the Ph of the bladder...killing any bacteria that may be causing the symptoms.

You have Urinary Tract Infection.
You may want to go and see the doctor who will give you a prescription, otherwise its gonna get worse(the pain). Some blood may occur,do not panic, its nothing really bad, just a simple infection that needs to be treated by medicine though.
You'll be fine,just visit your physician ;-)

Could be a Urinary Tract Infection. Until you can see a doctor, drink a LOT of cranberry juice. It should clear it right up.
