The Norwegian word for an ATM is "Mini-bank".

It is not custom to tip the taxi drivers; however, if you do tip, it will be appreciated. An approximate 5% should suffice.

I am not sure what the translation is, but i am sure if you ask where a cash machine is, you will bet pointed in the proper direction.

It is not customary to tip in Europe, but it can't hurt to give the taxi driver 10-15 Kroner

You should tip anyone that provides any kind of service....I'm a massage therapist and some of my clients don't tip and it is really upsetting...cuz I try and do my best every each and every time......so yes you should tip every time you get a service
