Not unless they are bleeding and you are too. HIV is difficult to transmit.

The only way to spread HIV/AIDS is through the sharing of bodily fluids (not just blood). The virus is actually quite fragile.
To spread the virus as you describe, the scratcher would have had to have had a body fluid on his/her nails, and broken the skin of the person that got scratched.

No. HIV/AIDS can only be transmitted through blood, semen, or from an infected mother to a baby at the time of birth. Scratches (provided there was no blood-to-blood contact) and other body contact is okay.

It is possible if the HIV positive person scratches you and if only you have a cut or if you have him or her scratch you and the blood pass through you.

Scratches you as in having an itch or scraches and draws blood? Either way, no. Though if the infected person had his/her blood on their hand, finger nails, etc and scratched you drawing blood, then there is a possibility since his/her body fluid has made contact with yours.

only if their blood gets in an infected area, hopefully they weren't bleeding when this happened. if bodily fluids are exchanged then the risks of getting the aids or hiv virus are high.

Only if for some reason the blood of that person manage to get into contact with your blood. (Like say, that hand that scratch you is bleeding and he scratched you 'till you bleed, hence getting your blood into contact with his)
Otherwise, NO.

I am really not sure, but if the skin is broken I might be worried. Better have an AIDS test done.
