how can i lose up to 5lbs. each week or 2
i need help .i got to go to a dance and i need to fit back into my favorite dress.so please help any way you can....

my favorite is Special K cereal. use it as directed on the box.
it tastes great and will help you lose weight. you should also excersize each day as well. like some crunches to work those abs.

Eat tons and tons of fruits and vegetables. As much fiber as you can. Drink lots and lots of water. NO SODA, FRUIT JUICES, OR JUNK FOOD (candy, chips etc.)
Have oatmeal for breakfast
Salad for lunch with tomatos, a clementine and a light light dressing and maybe a slice of whole wheat toast
Dinner have a salad with GRILLED chicken on top (not fried) and some light dressing and maybe a baked potatoe

For snacks 2-3 times a day (in between meals) have fruit and vegetables

Also for breakfast you can have yogurt with a piece of fruit.

5 lbs a week is alot. 2 -3 is the recommended range. cut back calories by 300 a day, eat enough protein for your age and body mass, lots of vegatbles, minamal healthy fats. exercise 1/2 to 1 hour daily. not more.

Avoid sugars, stay away from fried foods, reprocessed foods, and starches (carbs). Try and eat only lean meat and green vegetables. Also, do cardio workouts for at least 30 minutes each day.

Check out weightwatchers online. You get a certain amount of "points" to eat each day. If you stick to it you will lose the 2lbs./week. You can eat whatever you want, too.

drink lots of water, no soda or sugar drinks like kool aid. eat lots of snacks duriong the day that are healthy like grapes or celery. only eat small amountsx of snacks and do not eat until your stuffed. eat the serving size and no more.

and can run...STRETCH WELL - RUN - WALK - RUN AGAIN - STRETCH AGAIN- EVERY DAY! DRINK 10 8oz CUPS OF WATER EVERY DAY! NO SUGAR! NO CHIPS! EAT LOTS OF PROTEIN AND VEGGIES AND FRUIT EVERY DAY! you can do it!
