whenever my bf and i fight about what his exwife and i start to "win" he allways says things like i'm a divorced dad if you can't accept it we need to brake-up or i can't take you any more i'm leaving you.He then ether leaves or goes to anouther part of the house and will not talk to me for the rest of the day.i think he knows this will shut me up and make me drop the subject.His exwife uses their daughter like bait to get what she wants and my bf allways falls for it.Why will he never listen to me about this and shuts me out when i make a point that makes sense and he can't disagree on?

he doesnt respect oyu , tell him how you feel, if he loves you he will be willing to resolve the problem.

I think your boyfriend means exactly what he says: If you don't like the way things are, he is not going to change them, so you will have to break up. I think you're the one who isn't listening.

He is treating you like he treated her before they divorced. Just thank God you aren't married to him. These things don't get better. I know, because I'm married to someone whose ex is the devil.

sounds like manipulation and ultimatums to me. personally I don't deal with either one but then again i'm not vested in the relationship. do you live together? makes it trickier. i would call his bluff and kick him to the curb but i'm not you. good luck with this one but i sure wouldn't let him get away with it....he'll just keep uping the anty on you.

Because he doesnt want to be minipulated.unable to stop the ex he stops you. Let him know want you think and let him deside.
