i need a good tricep workout, AB'S for sure (i dont want to do stomach crunches, cause it hurts my neck really bad), a good thigh and caf workout too. i need something that IS effective and kinda fast, like about 2 weeks fast, when i will start to see an inprovement would be good. i dont want to go to the gym, so please dont even suggest that. i have a small trapaline, and 5 lbs weights, and 3 lbs weights. THANX!

You can do stair workouts to work your legs. Lay on the ground and do leg lifts for the abs and you can try different variations of situps. Pushups are good for the triceps, so is throwing something like a basketball two handed against a wall over and over. Do distance runs for cardio to tone also. Getting real toned is hard to do without going to the gym also.
