I once heard that they put the bibles there just for you to steal it. Because you end up reading it, you begin to believe in God, and returning it back where you find it and hope God will forgive you for your sins.

I have known people who came to Christ through reading stolen Bibles! God forgives all those who repent and come to Him in trust.
