Hi Tristate,
It is extremely difficult for you to tell because you are in the relationship, and you will not be able to see the forest for the trees.
Time to call in your close girlfriends and they will be able to objectively see what you cannot.
The emotions have a tendency to cloud ones intuition in being able to sense when one is being used.

you can tell a guy is using you if you always feel terrible around him. if you feel like you give and give and all he does is take, then it is a sure sign he is using you.
think about that last thing he did for you that made you feel special. was it recently? or was it a while back? does he do those kinda of things all the time? or rarely?
if he tries to make you happy and just falls short sometimes, then maybe he is just unsure of what the boundaries are with you. if he always seems to not really care if you are around and he doesnt make you feel special, then he is probably just using you. but as to what he is using you for is something you have to figure out for yourself.

when the only time he wants to "hang out" or talk to you is when he wants something from you. When you pay for everything!!!!! and a boy will tell you he loves you just to get what he wants... but you will find true love when the man wants to only be with you and he pays for everything. So test the waters before leaping in

That is quite simple......do you FEEL used? If so (and you care about this man), tell him. He may not be intending for you to feel that way. If he cares about you, he will correct it. If not, you haven't really risked anything by telling him, have you?

oh you will be able to tell he wants you to buy everything.he always asking you for money.he always thinking of himself. asking you for unbelieveable stuff.believe me you will know and when you find out run as fast as you can.oh yes when you don.t have any money are things he wants he will have no time for you .

WE ALL use each other, to a great extent. just think about the way he's "using us" and if you think they are all with good intention, then it's not using us as we thought.
