Does that make sense? I am looking to get rid of the exposure of the sunlight on a person's face since there is sunlight and a dark shadow. Please help!!

Im looking to make it all blend as if they were in the shade.....help!

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure there's not a filter or the like that comes with the program to make thiis super easy. If it is only a dark shadow use the brightness/darkness/and contrast adjusters to brighten the light on the face and make it clearer. if you only want to effect the face, select the face, and copy/paste it onto a new layer, so that it is the only part effected. If there is some kinda of glare you can also try using the clone tool to grab the correct color from another part of the skin and paint it over there.

Use the select tools the top left or the one below it I still at work so sorry but once you marquee the face it will only affect that part if you adjust the color.

Use the burn tool.
It looks like a finger pointing. Maybe hidden behind dodge tool.

You could reduce the contrast, or use the color variations and reduce the highlights level.
