You know when girls say I love you but don’t really mean ture love, they just mean it like a friend. They say it as kind of in a joking way. When they say something like love ya joe. What are you supposed to say back?

just say i love you back. girls won't think anything of it, so don't worry. people go around saying i love you to everybody now a days, just the other day i told an employee at starbucks that i loved him...and i didn't even know him.

Say, oh I love ya too! in a jokenly way like she did. or say don't I know it! in a jokenly way. either way, just make sure that she knows that you care about her whether it being just as friends or more if you do.

Be honest with her and tell her how she feels about the both of yall going all the way and making love and see how she feels about it and if she says yes than go for it!
