it looks like a spider bite or some type of bug bite but I just got it when I was in the car. What could it be and how do I make this big bump on my face go away?

It could be an insect bite, or it could be a pimple coming on. It's really hard to say, but either way, the best way to deal with it is to leave it alone. If it's a bite, and the itch bothers you, you can use a Benadryl gel to help that. If it's a zit in the making, you'll know that in a day or so. At any rate, you won't make things better by picking at it, squeezing it, or messing with it in any way. The body is quite capable of dealing with both sorts of things without any interferance from you, and better off without your assistance. If you decide it's a zit in the making, applying hot washcloths to it will help it head up a bit faster and drain. Steam facials will also help. Don't squeeze or poke it, you could rupture it under the skin and end up with a much bigger mess. Let it do what it's going to do, and wait it out. Lay off the makeup, since that won't do it any favors regardless of what it is. Keep your face clean and your hands off of it. A bug bite will heal on it's own in a few days, a zit will come to a head and drain on it's own within 3-5 days as well. If it's a zit it will heal faster the less you mess with it anyway. So hands off, clean face, and wait.
