Normally when that happens it means you are digesting food. Try to cut back on eating or cut back on junk food. Eat fruit at school and stuff. Also cut back on pop and what not, that stuff has acids and lots of other unhealthy stuff in it that causes this.

Haha..thats because you're hungry and your body wants food. Which is obvious I know..but what most people don't understand is that just because you drink alot of water..doesn't mean it's going to stay in your stomach as long as food would and keep you full. The stomach doesn't have to break down water into a simpler form because its already in a simple form...water will go straight from the stomach to the small intestines where it will suck up any liquids which includes water..and sends them straight to the kidneys to be filtered out and all the waste will be urinated out.

Food on the other had has to sit in the stomach for a few hours to be broken down into simplier forms...then the small intestines suck up the nutrients and liquids in the food and the large intestines do the major drying up of the food which turns anything thats not liquid into feces and sends it onto the anus. Unless you have diarrhea which is when the food is moving to fast through the intestines and they don't have enough time to dry it out.

I would suggest you eat some crackers or pankcakes or sometihng heavy byfore you go to school or something.

This happened to me alot in middle school and occasionally now in high school. It may be gas in your stomach or your hungry just try to bring snacks to eat during class. But if your like me and you don't have snacks, when you feel it about to grumble suck your stomach in tight. It usually stops the sound from getting to loud but once in a while it doesn't.

I know you don't want us to say this but everyone's stomach rumbles. It might not be a good idea to have the mints though, as this can trick your stomach into thinking it is getting me substantial food and cause it to rumble more. Try eating some bread just before lessons.

try eating something with more protein and a lil healthy fat so your stomach has something to work on longer. figure out your total calorie intake and divide into 5 or 6 meals daily. about every 3 or 4 hours.
