Hi there... ABSOLUTELY!!! The best fluffy scrambled eggs are a couple of eggs and a little milk. Pour the mix into a buttered pan and keep moving the mixture around. If you want a delicious crepe, instead of your scrambled eggs, pour the mixture and leave it in the pan until you see little bubbles in the mixture. Add some cheese, ba con tomatoe in the middle of the circle made by the footprint of the pan. Fold one half of the circle over the goodies. Leave for a quick minute then remove your crepe! You are making me hungry. Have to go now and make my crepe.

If you're using milk, mix it into the eggs in a bowl and then pour it into the pan. It depends on your preference whether you use milk or not. I do, but some people use water, or just the eggs alone. For an omelet, I don't use any milk because I find it holds together better without it when I flip the omelet. Just depends on trial and error, I guess.

I personally like to mix a little milk in because I think it makes the eggs "fluffier". It seems like my son can always tell the difference if I forget to put the milk in. If you are asking if you should mix it in a bowl, I recommend that. You never know when you might get a funky egg. It's easier to throw it away from a bowl than a pan. JMO.

It depends how you like your eggs. Adding milk to the egg gives the egg more moisture and I prefer it-because I like my eggs really fluffy. However, if you prefer a concentrated flavor and like your scrambled eggs a bit more firmer then don't add the milk. Note if you don't add the milk, your eggs will cook a lot faster, so make sure you stir them frequently and remove them before they get too hard and dehydrated.

It doesn't matter. Some people add nothing, others add water. I think adding milk makes a nicer and fluffier egg, but that's an opinion. Make sure you really beat the egg well to get the best texture.

If it's fluffy you're after, water works better. I use warm-hot water and mix them immediately, which at least gets the eggs to near room temperature. The key is to not put them into a hot pan when they are cold...they will get shocked and shrink. Then use the French omelet method of shaking the pan with one hand, while shifting the eggs around in the pan with a wooden spoon or a spatula until they are done the way you like them. That'll make them fluffy...

A lot of people do scrambled eggs with milk. I prefer to use cheese. Yep, mix 'em up in the same bowl.

it does not matter if you are fast enough. Some people say that milk makes the eggs tough. I do not care I just make them like my mother did because I am used to them that way. If you were making and omelet it would be better to pre-mix for a more even texture.

You don't Have to add a liquid to your eggs. I prefer water over milk - in any case, use 1 tablespoon of milk or water for each egg. Whip them together in your bowl with a fork.
