Buy a jar of Bertolli Tomato & Basil spaghetti sauce. Brown 1 pound of ground beef in a large skillet. Add spaghetti sauce and 1 pinch of cinnamon (only as much as you can pick up between forefinger & thumb), stir, turn down to low heat when it starts to bubble. Bring 4 quarts of water and 1 tablespoon salt to boil in large pot. Add 1 pound spaghetti, stir then cook for 7-10 minutes. Drain. Pour spaghetti noodles into large bowl, top with 3/4 of the sauce. Toss well. Top each serving with more of the sauce. Offer grated parmesan cheese.

Don't worry about being a beginner; learning how to boil water and saute is half of cooking; so once you know their stages, you're an expert.
For spaghetti pick a thinner variety, such as 'thin spaghetti'. Break the lengths into thirds and place into a bowl.
Use 1/2 of a lb. till you get used to doing this.
Fill up a round boiling pot with cold water and add one teaspoon full of olive oil, to prevent sticking.
Use a perforated cover or almost cover the pot with a solid cover and heat on medium high heat (#4 or #5 on an electric stove). Then set a timer; the water should take about 15 minutes to go past beading around the edges to making noises against the cover to achieving a full rolling boil.
Let the water continue to boil for thirty seconds on full heat , then remove the cover and add the spahetti to the water.
Stir the spaghetti with a spoon, to make sure the spaghetti isn't going to stick.
Then wait until the water comes back to a full boil, which shouldn't take long, putting the cover back on, and then stir again. Set the timer for whatever your package of spaghetti tells you is the cooking time.
But keep checking; and restir the spaghetti every two minutes to make sure nothing is sticking to the bottom of the pot. Use a potholder when you pick up the cover.
To heat a good spaghetti sauce, such as Ragu Chuncky Garden Style or Classico or Five Brothers, simply take it out of its jar and add it to a thick saucepan. Keep it on low heat, and stir often but not hard, to make sure it isn't thickening or sticking.
Before you even start, grate some cheese into a bowl, such as peccorino Romano, Provolone of Colby cheddar, as much as you want.
When the spaghetti is done--taste a piece on a fork, doused with cold water to make sure it is done--and turn off the heat under the spaghetti.
Turn the spaghetti out into a colander; rinse it with cold water after draining it into the sink only if the package tells you to do so.
Drain again, shaking the colander a bit side to side.
Now put the thin spaghetti into a bowl or glass dish of choice.
You can add diced green olives and six large fresh basil leaves, torn small, to make the dish extra special, just after the spaghetti is done and in its bowl.
Then add the cheese as a topping, at the table, using a teaspoon to get it onto the spaghetti evenly.

The spaghetti part is easy. Boil about a gallon of water with salt in it. Throw in the pasta. Cook 8-10 minutes for dry pasta, only 1 minute for fresh pasta.
As for the sauce: Tomato sauce is not really difficult to cook, but it takes a really long time, plus you need a food mill. Stick with the stuff from a jar, but if you want the good stuff you need to read the ingredients. Look out for sauces that have sugar in them - it usually means they were made with lower quality tomatoes. I usually go with something that says "all natural" or "organic" on it, just so I know there's nothing weird in there to funk up the flavors.
If you really must make your own sauce, here's what I do:
Get 20 Roma tomatoes, cut them in half and remove the seeds. coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped fresh oregano anf thyme. Bake for about 2 hours at 325, then for about 30 minutes at 400. Take them out of the oven and run them through a food mill, into a saucepan. Add one cup of white wine, bring it to a boil, reduce head and simmer until reduced to the desired thickness. Season as necessary.

The easiest way is to buy a jar of sauce and a box of noodles. However if you want to make a homemade sauce just take some grape tomatoes and garlic(chop a few garlic cloves), salt, pepper, and some Italian seasoning. Cote the tomatoes and garlic with a little olive oil then sprinkle with the Italian seasoning, salt and petter. Then spread the mixture out on a baking sheet that is lined with foil and bake at about 350 until the tomatoes are hot(they may pop open of swell up) about 10min. Then take it out of the oven and chop it in a food processor of in a blender with a can of tomato paste to thicken. Pout the sauce over cooked noodles.

My Easy Spaghetti
1. Boil spaghetti as directed.
2. Drain and set aside
3. In a separate pot on low heat, add half(or however much you think is needed for the amount of spaghetti your making) a bottle of spaghetti sauce.
4. Add half a cup of Parmesan cheese in to the sauce and stir.
5. Add one table spoon of chili pepper
6. Add one tablespoon of black pepper
7. Add a couple bay leaves if you have it
8. Stir in the spaghetti!
9. Enjoy!
P.S. You can also just add the sauce on top you don't have to mix it.

The key is the sauce. The pasta is cooked according to the package instructions. I can tell you tho, that it helps to place a little (teaspoon) olive oil in the pasta water before it boils.
In a skillet, drizzle bottom with EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
Chop up onions (as many as you like)
and a clove of garlic
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 large can of diced tomatoes
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of tomato paste
Once all of your ingredients are chopped, heat the pan to medium high, and place onions in the pan. When they start to "sizzle", stir them, like stir fry. The will begin to become translucent, add your garlic, and peppers. Stir fry them as well.
Turn your heat down to medium. Once veggies are fairly soft, add your tomato paste, sauce and diced tomatos. Add salt and pepper, Season All if you want, I always add a teaspoon of sugar as well. Keep stirring, turn heat to low, and cover, stirring every so often.(this would be a good time to start your pasta) Once pasta is cooked, If your sauce is too thick, add some of the cooked pasta water to the sauce, the starch in it makes it taste better than tap water.
Serve with a loaf of Italian bread, a side salad, and good luck. Remember, cooking should be fun, you learn every time you cook something new, and don't be afraid to experiment!!!! Remember the things you like in food, and add accordingly.

try this instead. Ingredients:
• 8 oz bowtie pasta noodles
• 2 Tbsp olive oil (preferably from the jar of the sun-dried tomatoes)
• 6 sun-dried tomato halves, packed in olive oil
• 2 Tbsp capers, drained
• 1 heaping tsp garlic, minced
Method:
Cook noodles as directed. Chop tomatoes into thin slices. Mix oil, garlic, tomatoes and capers. n When noodles are done, drain and toss with the rest of the ingredients. Serve.
Notes:
This recipe can be easily made into a great main dish by adding 2-3 cups of diced chicken, turkey or grilled salmon. It's also wonderful topped with feta cheese and toasted pinenuts.
Number of servings: 4 side

1 lb. ground beef
2 jars spaghetti sauce of your choice
1 1b. package of spaghetti noodles
Into a hot skillet, tear the ground beef into small pieces. While it begins to brown, bring 1 gallon of water to boil. Use a pancake flipper/spatula to keep the beef moving and to chop it into small pieces as it cooks. Once it is all cooked through, with no brown leftover, drain in a colander and return to pan. Keep on warm heat. When water is boiling, add 2 tbsp. salt, stir the water and then add the pasta. Stir for a few minutes until it returns to a boil, then stir once in a while until noodles are cooked through, about 10 minutes. Drain noodles in colander and return to pot, add the ground beef that you've kept warm, and then stir in the pasta sauce. Start with just one jar/can and stir, if you feel it needs more sauce, add it.

ok take a pot of water and wait for it to boil.
take the spaghetti and snap it in half so it can fit into the pot.
put the sauce in a bowl with foil on it in the microwave until hot.
grate cheese.
after like 20 min, take a spoon and check and see if it tastes raw or cooked.
after it is cooked, put the cheese on top and then the sauce.
