A tv/radio set repair technician want to know whether there is an equipment that helps to diagonise problems on television set or a radio set that is out of order for easy repair if yes what is it called?

Digital Multimeter is the cheapest. Then you need a Schematic for the TV and it easy to fix then.

Its called knowledge, I have used RCAs chipper check (which only read and re-initializes the eeprom) I have also used Philips Compair diagnostic device and many other little devices designed to save time and make repairs easier. I have found after using all of these things that your knowledge and skill in electronics troublshooting and understanding are what really matter. Those tools are fine and can help you a bit but it really comes down to you and how much you know.

Today's TV set have their on self diagnostic within usually shows by how many LED blink. So you don't need any special devices.

rca's have a chipperchecker. You plug it in and it tells what is wronge with it. its sweet.
