Quadrilingual is the exact term for that kind of a person, meaning literally, able to speak and write in four languages. But you can also say such a person is multilingual. I can speak and write in eight languages and understand reasonably well in eight other languages, but I don't remember counting from bilingual, and then trilingual, quadrilingual, etc., and so on... could be fun but, without realizing it I suddenly lost the count of it, and I am just happy to be called multilingual. But I would rather be called multimillionaire or multibillionaire any time than multilingual if I can be one without the the problem of the fear of becoming poor and losing so much as the consequence. I have a few friends whom I can call multimillionaire, but I noticed he is not as happy as I am. People always try to cheat him, to borrow money from him or even to rob him. So he is very restricted in his mobility. Every single noise at night would wake him up, almost. Every day he is worried about his business and his property, or his children being kidnapped for ransom, etc.
I am happy to share my knowlege of languages, without worrying that it will diminish and lost them all one day. I found out that the more I share the more I retain. Oops... I don't think that is what you want to know. So I better shut my face and be multimutual, or is it multimutilist, or multidumbal, ohh... I don't know, whatever!

A person speaking two languages is a bilingual person, more than two is polyglot.

A document, conversation, speech or community, etc. may be multilingual BUT NOT a person.

I often refer to my family background (as a kind of a jocke) as a three-lingual one, which maybe correct way of saying it but certainly not usual one.
