im a cheerleader and theres a basketball game on friday and i want to ask if he likes me.

sounds like the typical teen cheerleader to me....i want him to like me but he likes her stuff...know what i think? i think 14 is to young to really care if he likes you are not, it means very lil to guys at that age ur more of a accessory to most. wait till later on in ur teens to even worry about guys

'I' would still consider it seeing 'I' think you are pretty. And also because the other girl 'I' like doesnt like 'me' You would be 'my' second choice. Ask 'me' out at the basketball game and 'I' will say yes so that 'I' can see whether the girl really likes me (cos if she did she would get jealous of 'me' being with you). So then if she doesnt get jealous then 'I' will like you because you are pretty and have a good personality. ok I am not sure if that will work?????

Depends how bad his crush is. Some guys get obsessed over one girl...but realistically, if I couldn't have her and a pretty girl asked me out, I'd say yes (in fact, I did that once).
Note that I said "asked him out" not "asked him if he liked me." Frankly, before that girl asked me out, I had never thought of her that way before...but after we went out on a few dates, I grew to love her.
Why not ask him to go on a date and see what happens? At least it'll give you both a chance to realize just what each other has to offer. :)

As you have stated the guy you are interested in is pursing his first choice. Even if the girl he is pursing does or does not like him do you want to be his second choice?
I think you deserve a guy that you will be his first choice don't you? I say that because there should be a genuine interest.
After all if he thinks you're cute I sure other guys do to.

I would tell him and see what he does. He might like you and he might not. IF he thinks you are pretty, he WILL go out with you. I am a guy. i like a girl but cant tell her i like her. You should ask him. It is easier for the girl to ask than for the guy

Ofcourse i'd consider it! if ure preety, then hey, go for it. I remember one time i didnt like this gurl, but she liked me. so i played along and went out with her, and in the end i liked her. You never know.
