It could mean so many countless things that it's not worth worrying over. Get in touch with him and only then you will have the answer.

"Keep in touch" is likely his gracious way of saying, "It was nice knowing you."
No need for you to call him because he's quite capable of picking up a telephone himself and ringing you.
Either he has no time for you at the moment, or he's found somebody else. So, if someone else asks you out and you want to, then go for it. This guy seems ambivalent at best.

If he hasn't called you and you don't want to call him consider it over.
Maybe after 2 months it just wasn't working for him.
If he calls then you guys really need to have a serious talk.

Call him and see what happens. Sometimes guys aren't good keeping in touch on their own. If he acts strange on the phone, then you know what the real deal is.

It means that he is just not that into you....If he has not called in a week...I would move on...Also if he calls even next week, he still in not that into....If he was into you he would be calling. There are no excuses.

don't be stubborn, get the answer straight, it can be he is seeing someone else, can be he is in difficult condition, may be he is far away from you, may be he lost your contact, may be he is sick and may be he is very busy, call him and find out
