Use Proactiv. I don't give a **** if you're "poor" to buy it. If you have money [$10/month] for a facial scrub at the pharmacy, you sure as hell have enough money to spend $100 at once.
In the end, you save yourself 20. :]
Stay away from chocolate [IT DOES MAKE PEOPLE BREAK OUT. CLINICAL TRIALS ARE BULLSHIT.], greasy foods, etc.
Drink 2 full water bottles a day [700 mL x 2 = 1400 mL/day]. You can use that water-flavoring with no sugar and like, 10 or 0 calories. Drink a lot of it.
Stay away from pop. Ehh, I just do, you don't /have/ to, but I would reccomend it.
Excercise to work up a great sweat. Sweating helps to push out all the oil/dirt underneath your skin. Then, wash your face.
Use toners. They might not be necessary, but I enjoy them.
Good luck!

Stay away from greasy food. Fries, burgers, pizza, chicken fingers, anything fast food. And really sugary foods. Including coke.
Water helps your skin clear up a lot! Drink at least 8 cups a day. More's always good.
Foods like fruit, vegetables, and anything healthy really are good. But if your food shines when the light hits it, I'd pass. That grease'll just make your face break out, no matter how good it tastes.

The only advise I have is to drink plenty of water every day. You could get a Nalgene bottle and drink two of them each day, one a day cleared up my skin and it didn't take long to see a major difference. I'd steer clear of sodas and fatty foods like chips and oily foods like french fries. Just eat a salad and some raw veggies for lunch and munch on some Wheat Thins for a snack. You could drink pomegranate juice, but water is always better. Nuts the size of half your palm are good for snacks too, unsalted of course! Crystal light with water doesn't count, it's got sugar in it, and you'll want to try and avoid that.

No diet is going to stop pimples. However, healthy eating might help you to have healthier skin.
1. No or very little fried foods.
2. No or very little sugar.
3. Lean protein such as chicken breasts or fish.
4. Water (no need to drink gallons of it) You can judge if you are getting enough water by the color of your urine (it should be light yellow)
5. Whole grain breads such as Whole Wheat.
6. A green vegetable (green beans or broccoli for example) at least once a day.
7. Carrot at least once each day.
8. Fruit (apple or pear for example) at least once each day.
9. Very little coffee. If you have coffee, have it with just cream and sugar (no more than two lumps or small teaspons of sugar)
10. A little (no more than one slice) of cheese once each day.

Dark leafy greens are high in nutrients that will help your skin!
Also eat foods that are high in Vitamin E, B, and C, such as apples, oranges, other fresh organic produce.
Drink plenty of water (at least 6-8 glasses), and stay away from soft drinks.
Avoid eating processed food! You are what you eat, you know. Stay away from fried foods--the grease doesn't just go to your hips, it goes to your face too. Avoid eating a lot of butter, margarine, etc. Eat healthy fats like avocados, olive oil, pine nuts, etc.
Wash your face often and use natural loose powder foundations like Ecco Bella that do not irritate your skin.

I even have heard each and everything from grease to chocolate to almost the rest. i understand that one thank you to help sluggish it down is to no longer touch your face plenty. Like once you're rubbing your face or resting with you hand up against it. Use a face purifier each and every night. in case you pass to the gym and artwork out it particularly is extremely helpful to apply it after that as properly. do purely no longer scrub your face enable the purifier do the artwork. in case you scrub then you certainly could have a purple face and look strange. i could say low intake of fat and chocolate won't be able to harm. purely undergo in techniques you physique desires some fat so do no longer do what some females i've got seen do and take a verify out to shrink out all fat. stable success.

It has been determined that what you eat has nothing to do with break outs of your skin. Having said that, garbage in/garbage out. So I would drink at least 8 to 10 - 8 ounce glasses of water each day, eat plenty of fruits (any type of fruit, they are all good)and veggies (any type of veggies, they are all good), lean meats (chicken, fish, lean beef) and try to stay away from a lot of fried foods. Basically, you eat good foods, drink plenty of water and your body will work correctly and get the wastes out of your body.

Chocolates and lots and lots of sugars tend to make you break out a little, but aslong as you aren't eating junk everyday, you will be fine. Drinking lots of water makes you look fresh and reduces pimples aswell. Atleast twice everyday wash your face. With a mild cleanser and then tone with a mild, mild, MILD toner. No astringent! And then use a moisturising cream. Works wonders, I swear!

I have recently viewed a question today showing that food will not effect acne. Getting food on the surface will.. but wer'e not sure that would happen. Acne is caused by bacteria (called Propionibacterium acnes) and bacteria ONLY. That is why it responds to antibiotics so well. "There are many myths about what causes acne. Dirty skin and stress do not cause acne. Also, chocolate and greasy foods do not cause acne."
