concentrated or constipated? when i'm constipated it takes a lot of concentration to work out the problem. i got a little butt.

It depends of the kind of person you are. I like to study while listening to music. When I am studying something in paticular I set a song on a CD that relates to it and will help me remember what i was studying. During a test you will hear me singing the song I listened to when studying the method.
If you area person who likes the room quiet when studying turn off any TVs, radio, and shut the door so you get some quiet. Don't overwhelm yourself. You don't have to study everything at once. Study a little at a time, take a break and work on it again. Do this however long it takes, and remember...don't get distracted by phones, computer, or TV because every test is important and could be te difference of you passing or failing.

I'm a visual learner myself, so just having a clear space to study helps...as well as having the computer off so I don't get distracted. I guess it all comes down to staying focused because you want to stay focused.

concentrating means understanding what your reading or writing, for this no distractions of any kind
