Bright's disease is an antiquated term which refers to what are now recognized as a broad spectrum of disordered involving the kidney and the nephrons of the kidney. While they have some of the same symptoms, they do not share the same causes. Each is treated and managed according to the root cause, and as that is different for the various types of the disorder, there is no "one size fits all" cure. Kidneys are not as simple in function as say, the heart- which is basically an organic pump. Kidney function is much more complex than just being a simple filter of blood, and quite honestly, much more complex to duplicate than a heart. Where medical science has been able to produce an artificial heart that can be implanted, and there are bypass machines which can mimic heart function, or the heart can even have a battery of sorts implanted- the machine required for dialyisis is huge and complex. As of yet, there is no filter system designed which is as efficient or compact as the one provided by one single nephron inside one kidney- little alone able to replace an entire kidney.
Because the root causes of nephritis, even glomularal nephritis, have multiple causes, the person you should really take this up with is a urologist who specializes in that sort of treatment. They would be the best one to explain the differences in the types of disorders and the treatments available. The term cure is more applicable in the area of disease caused by an outside source, like an infection which can be eliminated with antibiotics. One doesn't "cure" a malfunctioning organ in that same sense. Medicine can often control the symptoms, but there is very seldom anything that can actually repair one or restore it to a completely normal state. When an organ malfunctions, or is damaged, it's not like fixing a car. You don't just take things out and put new parts in. You can't even rebuild to the same standards. The human body is much more complex, and a much more wonderous thing than any machine man ever made. People seem to think there should be a pill, potion or fix for everything- and in truth, sometimes it just can't be fixed because the problem is simply just too complex for the knowledge and ability we have.

(See the answer by "The Mom" below. Much more detailed then mine. Left my answer for people who do not know about this disease.)

Brights Disease is an older classification for different forms of kidney disease. It was named after Dr. Richard Bright, who described the condition in the early 19th century. Lack of understanding of kidney function naturally meant that several different conditions could be considered Brights Disease. These include inflammation of the kidney, commonly called nephritis. Inflammation may be the result of too much protein being shed through the kidneys, called proteinuria, or hematuria, which causes blood in the urine. As well, Brights Disease might describe kidney failure due to high blood pressure or retention of fluids.

Brights Disease may be used in reference to Dr. Richard Bright, or one may find reference in literature and in older biographies, or medical texts. Today medical researchers and practitioners know that an all-inclusive label such as this obscures appropriate methods for cure, since not all kidney disease can be treated in the same manner.

But it is a serious, incurable condition, but it goes into spontaneous remission in about half of all cases.

It is treated with immunosuppressant drugs and corticosteroids. These drugs appear to increase the chances of speedy remission, but there is much medical debate about their effectiveness in this situation.
