What does the Marines do?

The Marines are the foot soldiers. They are the first in and the last out. If you can see a soldier with a gun running into a city dodging bombs and bullets, my guess is it is a Marine. They are a brave lot. They fight hand to hand combat.
The Army is the next support in. These soldiers fight on the ground, in the air (helicopters), and in Heavy Artillary Equipment. It is soldiers using tanks, armour transport, mortor lanchers, rocket launchers, big trucks and other big equipement. This is a very needed branch and they do much of the combat fighting. The Army uses carvans of equipment, set up bases, and transports much of the equipment into a country of war. They back up the Marines.
