It is best NOT to try and give your dog a bath until after she has all her puppies. Her temperature will drop near the time she will go in labor and you do not want her to catch a cold.
If she is really nasty or dirty, use a handy wipe and just wipe her off. Then use a dry cloth to make sure her coat is completely dry
You will NOT want to give her a bath for several days after she has her babies, again, use the handy wipes or a damp rag.

Are you asking whether you can bathe your dog while she is in labor? I'd say no, she needs to be in a quiet, undisturbed area while she is preparing for the birth. Good luck with the puppies!

I wouldn't bathe her until 2 days after birth. For a couple of reasons: one because it could stress out both mother and puppies and two because the puppies sucking on her they could become sick if you don't wash off the soap and that can be harder then you think if she only has being with her puppies on her mind.

pestering a laboring dog sounds like a great way to get bit.
