Talk to your mom about the pain between your shoulders. I'm your same height and I find that posture in front of the computer dictates how my back feels. You may want to ask your mom to take you to a chiropractor. It sounds like you may be out of alignment. You're tall for your age and so your ligaments and tendons may not have kept up with your growth and you may need some adjustment.

I know what you are going through because I suffer with neck and back pain every day. The best thing to do is have your mom or dad take you to the doctor's. If the pain is weight related your doctor will probably put you on a diet. I was born with what you were checked for and I am glad you don't have it. I know for me exercise and physical therapy helps with the pain. I don't suggest your doctor pit you on pain killers since you are a teenager. Most pain killers prescribed by a doctor are so strong they knock a person out. I pray you are feeling better soon.

Yes you should go to the doctor you don't know if it is serious unless you get checked although likely it is not. Your posture...slouching, and weight may be all that it is causing it....other things can cause back pain for anyone as well like a mattress.

Definately go to a doctor. And keep going until you get an answer. I have had back pain my whole life and it is only recently that I have been given an answer. Back pain is very serious, as it can keep you from doing many things and prevent you living a full life. Please, go to the doctors until you find a reason

Take a warm bath and relax. It sounds like muscle spasms to me. I'm 51 now and have had back problems similar to yours since I was young. My doctor recommended swimming as an excellent exercise as it helps strenghen the back/core muscles and puts very little stress on them. Other good exercises to help your back are yoga and Tai Chi, which is a form of martial art that focuses on core muscle strength.

Stand up straight for one thing, no slouching! Shoot girl I am way older then you and you are taller then I am, and I am told I am within my weight limit or whatever (never had to worry about weight). I would have to look up at you lol!
It really sounds as if you are stressed out, anxiety. From how you wrote that up there I am only guessing here, but are you called names because of your size? My boys are all very big for there ages, I have had to look up to my 14 year old for sometime now. My 11 year old is just about as tall as I am, they get a lot of teasing at school! My 14 year old is one of the biggest kids in his school and he gets blamed for everything...I had to tell him from early on no fighting for he may seriously hurt someone! My 16 year old I am used to looking up at him lol! When my boys went to school together no one picked on them for they stuck together. Now it is so different.
If this is what is going on it could be the cause of your pain. Stress does all sorts of things to our bodies. Tell you mother, tell the nurse at school but TELL someone who can help you!
I know a 14 year old and she is almost as big as my 14 year old, she too has problems with her back. I would not call her over weight for she is very tall for her age, and very developed. With the body still growing....
I wish you a wonderful holiday!!

It is not a bone sticking out of your skin. However you do say that you are "not skinny". Does this mean you are fat? If so, that could be the cause of your back pains. Loose so weight.
