Well I would like something edible, since if i have everything already its not like i need to add anything to my collection. Food at least is a unique and enjoyable experience for the time you have it.

My bf and I have some rich friends, while we're fairly poor.

One couple we gave them a photo that we took of them; it was a candid shot we took of them in their garden, where they were gazing lovingly into each other's eyes. They didn't know we took the photo or that anyone was even watching. Then just bought a 10 dollar frame for it.

Another wealthy friend I gave an "eggling" to - they are the new thing from Japan, but they are less than 20 dollars. It's a ceramic egg with flower seeds in it, you take the top off and then the plant grows inside the egg. You can buy them off the Internet - http://www.eggling.com/

This same friend I have also given coffee, tea and jams from Community Aid Abroad - they are good quality, inexpensive and the money goes to a good cause. I also give her flowers a lot of the time.

I would suggest something personal, or nice novelty presents and gadgets.

If he wears a healthful on a daily basis what approximately cuff hyperlinks or a tie tack. A Dad and Daughter trip to the ballpark, a hockey activity or consistent with risk a mini-golf face-off accompanied through lunch. Time together having some laughs would be something he'd treasure. verify to have some snapshots taken so which you would be able to persist with the day up with between the photos framed for his table. I did this for my dad at Father's Day, I created a certificates on writer with the significant factors, he in basic terms picked the date. We had great relaxing! Merry Christmas!

Something he can't buy, perhaps? You could make him some home-cooked meals/desserts and give them to him in freezer containers. Or give him coupons for free babysitting/massage/whatever.

Alternatively, something to accent something expensive he particularly likes - some cufflinks or a new tie to go with his Armani, for example.

Finally, you could go with something consumable he's said he likes - a bottle of his favorite wine and a wheel of brie would be well-received by many people.

Good luck and Merry Christmas!

It really won't matter what you give him if he is close to you he will appreciate your choice, but maybe something personalised with his name and message from you like a good quality pen if he's an executive or such, key ring or if he's into jewellery a nice id bracelet or ingot pendant, hope this is of some help.
