Chicken Ritz Casserole
Ingredients:
5-6 chicken breasts, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar broccoli soup
about 1/4 soup can of milk
1-1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. cooked minute rice (1 c. prior to cooking)
dash salt and pepper
30 to 40 Ritz crackers, crumbled
Butter
Cooking Instructions:
Cook chicken and remove chicken from bone and cut up. Place chicken in casserole dish. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour mixed ingredients over chicken. Top with crushed Ritz crackers; dot with butter. Bake at 350F. for 45 mins.

Indonesian ginger chicken
1 cup of honey
3/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of minced galic(8 to 12 cloves)
1/2 peeled an d and grated fresh ginger root
2 chickens (31/2 pds each.)
hope u like it...
Cook everything that is mentioned above in a sauce pan over low heat until honey is melted. arrange the chicken in a large,shallow baking pan skin side down..and pour on the sauce. Cover the pan tightly w- alum foil.
Marinate over night in the refg.
preheat to 350 degree's.
place baking pan in the oven and bake for 1/2 hours.
uncover pan turn ckin side up, and raise temp.to 375 deg. Cont.bakg for 30 mins. or until juices run clear when u cut between the leg and Thur thigh and the sauce is rich dark brown.

The one I like is :1can frozen pineapple juice;1 16oz.Italian dressing;1 can of diced jalepenos mix together put chicken in mixture set in baking dish pour some mixture in dish bake at 375 until done. It's not to spicy either

ONE POT PORK CHOP DINNER
Delicious and easy to prepare.
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
6 to 8 small whole potatoes
4 to 8 carrots, split lengthwise
Brown chops, add rest of ingredients, cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender.

ok take potatoes, peel them, put them in a pan, put oil and spicec and onions on them, then put green apples on the sides. cook until they are soft. enjoy. btw the green apples wll taste sweet and sour so its really yummy.
